Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic director of the brand new theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor and board member of SSC since the year 2011. In her role as the Artistic Director of SSC She was also SSC's music supervisor, composer and Text teacher. For her last year she was the director as well as a lighting designer in SSC's King Lear. She had been in charge of the production from a group and in this year's production began her first directorial experience.
